John, like many of my artists was introduced to me by another person, though in his case, the introduction was provided by the wife of another inmate who found BighouseArt.com on the internet and got the information for her husband to give to John. She had told me that a friend doing time with her husband was a very accomplished artist and she wanted to give her husband information about us for his friend. John and I made acquaintance and from there, things just began moving forward. After a few short communications, John began sending me samples of his artwork and I was very impressed with his talent. While many artists tend to stick to one style of artwork, John has created many of the pieces on our site with styles that range from what can be described as typical prison art depictions to cartoon designs and even floral designs. He amazes me with the speed and quality of his work and is able to provide BighouseArt.com with several new drawings each month.

In addition to producing regular styles of drawings, John has created stationary art, skateboard deck and wheel designs and even designed shipping package designs for one of our clients. He is always up for a challenge and never disappoints me with his abilities and timeliness.
