George is a great guy and an incredible artist. His artistic specialty is portrait work and he has done some great celebrity portraits as well as many of our commissioned portraits. He has an eye for detail that is simply uncanny and his accuracy in bringing a photo to life through his artwork is nothing short of amazing. More important than George's artistic ability is his sensitivity and positive attitude, which considering his situation is much better than what can be found in most people in the free-world. George appreciates what little he has and to be honest, I have never heard him complain. Somehow he seems to find some nugget of value in every situation that comes his way. In short, George is the kind of person that I am proud to know and happy to call a friend. |
